Mid-America Company's Casualty Operating Divisions were established in responses to our clients' need for comprehensive casualty services.  In addition to the typical services of appraisals and liability investigations, we also provide such services as accident reconstruction, expert witness testimony and TPA/Subrogation services.  We believe providing a more inclusive range of services allows us to offer the type of services our clients expect and deserve.

Members of these Divisions have a combined total of over 300 years of extensive experience in handling the many facets of caualty claims.  With this experience comes the ability to provide in depth analysis along with comprehensive reports that detail every aspect and complexity related to a claim.

Our Home Office is centrally located in West Des Moines, Iowa.  In addition, we have claim specialists available throughout the State to effectively and efficiently serve our client's needs within the State of Iowa and surrounding states.

ACCIDENT RECONSTRUCTION DIVISION

Our reconstructionists' have over 50 years of experience and have performed more than 250 total reconstructions.  In addition to developing total reconstructions and collision cause analysis with animation, we are available to provide expert testimony and consulting.

TPA CLAIM ADMINISTRATION FOR TRUCKING/INSURANCE/MANUFACTURING COMPANIES

Our claims administration area is available to handle claims from start to finish.  Services offered include centralized claim reporting, customized management reports, on-line access, index reporting, formal file reporting and claim reviews.  Plus a full range of recovery services of auto/trucking, property and workmen's compensation claims.

SUBROGATION

Mid-America can provide a full range of recovery services for auto/trucking, property and workmen's compensation claims.
